Ingredients for 4 people:
1 head of broccoli, steamed and cut into really small pieces
3 Hass avocados
1 cup of shredded raw cheddar
4 ½ cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes, let cool, and then cut up.
Add broccoli, chicken broth, and avocados to a blender and blend them until smooth.
Cook over medium heat until thoroughly warmed, and add cheese. Stir well.
And remember that broccoli has twice the vitamin C of an orange and as much calcium as whole milk!
