Come to the beautiful center of the island of Mallorca in the shadows of the UNESCO Heritage mountains to an ancient villa located between the towns of Bunyola and Orient for a Vegan cooking workshop with the founder of Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy. Stephanie Prather, a Bikram Yoga pro and also the leading vegan culinary trainer in Europe, together with Pilar de Miguel, a Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy certified chef and Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga instructor take you through a workshop that shows you how you can give up some bad eating habits without compromising flavor.
Stephanie Prather, trained at Cornell University in the USA in Plant Based Nutrition shows how foods you may be eating may not be assisting your body in repairing itself following your Yoga training.
Pilar explains how eating vegan cuisine keeps you in line with strict Yoga training philosophies. Stephanie and Pilar de Miguel take you on a global journey through flavors that make you never think you gave up any food but instead enriched your body with what it needs to flourish.
The workshop includes making an Amuse Bouche with some incredible flavors, a healthy fusion starter dish that merges popular cultures, a simply fantastic salad, a main dish that shows how to truly enjoy Spanish cuisine without compromising your health, a decadent and healthy dessert, and some vegan cheeses for tasting.
